About Nelly Yefet, A.P.

Nelly is the founder and owner of Spirit Mountain Healing Arts Center in Aventura, Florida, which was established in 1997. She is drawn to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, Thermography and Biofeedback because of their non-invasive and preventative approaches and their effectiveness in treating the whole – Body, Mind and Spirit. When treating a patient, she realizes the importance in focusing on the root cause of an illness rather than only superficially treating their symptoms.

Dr. Nelly Yefet is a graduate of the Community School of Traditional Chinese Health Care, NMB, FL. She is licensed by the State of Florida to practice Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology and has been doing so since 1996.

Her special areas of interest are women’s and children’s health, digestive disorders, stress/anxiety and emotional disorders, immune system health, and allergies. Nelly has a gentle approach and uses minimal needling, and for those with no interest or fear of needles she utilizes magnets or quantum biofeedback. She is available for herbal and homeopathic consultations.

She is a National Board Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and licensed by the State of Florida.  She has extensive training in NSEV Healing (Non-Somatic Extra Ordinary Vessel Healing) with Daniel J. Atchinson-Nevel A.P.

She is a CEDH certified Clinical Homeopath and has certified training in Homotoxicology (Compound Homeopathy), in addition to Quantum Biofeedback (SCIO/EPFX).

Specializing in women’s breast health, Nelly is an IACT (International Academy of Clinical Thermology) Board Certified Medical Thermographer, CTT and an active member of The American Academy of Thermology (www.aathermology.org).

Nelly has a twenty-year strong background in medical science as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician prior to her becoming a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care and personal service when working with her patients to achieve optimal health and well-being.
